Best of luck to you Tye on your new endeavor. I too will be going thru some changes as I .have sold my company. I,ll soon be working for my competition by the end of Nov.There's going to be a learning curve as you break away from your old routines. I know it is all for the better. You'll do great!

Congrats!

I recently changed jobs myself and also left a company that I worked at for over 15 years and relocated. You are right in that it is and will be difficult. I have been in the new position for a few months now and am still having trouble adjusting. But it was something that had to be done. I like your analogy "everyone dies not everyone lives". The decision you made was the right one regardless how it progresses from this stage forward.

Best of luck in the new position

Kev

Well, just walked out of my now bosses office. Went well I think. Will see tho. Was asked to type up a letter for him to send. To the uppers. Will see what they have to say. I may be walked out today.

The reason I think this is. I run a 18k lbs refrigeration system. And it is charged with anhydrous ammonia. Which can be explosive. I'm sure they want to feel me out if I'm disgruntled. Cause it would be rather easy to make there life really bad. I truly have no intentions of that in the least. But, as a company you cannot blame them for being safe. I know this. If some one worked for me that had access to do any damage. I would have walked them out right then and there. Lol in fact. I have in the past.
