  1. Thanks. i saw the notes in manual. And my bushing kit came with similar instructions about spraying in the hole. Been at it on and off for 3 days. Definitely not in a rush. But also not sure it's going to free itself ever.
  2. I got that little bolt out, but she's seized in there good. I need to reuse the sleeves for the new bushings so i want to avoid cutting. Not sure where I'd get the sleeves.
  3. Anyone have any tips for pulling the rear LCA bolts out? Trying to change the bushes. I already removed the 12mm small bolt and tried heat, loads of pb blaster, a dead blow hammer, but i can't get that bolt to budge. Any other tips before i try an air hammer or just cut it out and hope i can find replacement bolts?
  4. Yep, that's probably a job for epoxy... Or eBay
  5. Really? I found that most of the time there's a bolt installed where the grease fitting goes. Up to you to find the fitting. Other option is to drill/tap and install fittings yourself
  6. Dad sounds like he's spinning back up. You can always replace the inner cable with wire and put your own ends on it in the interim.
  7. You can get spacers machines for the top of the struts as a cheap solution. I drove around with coilovers ar max height to clear driveway apron, it was high flying. You could potentially get longer bodies made if you want to go even higher.
  8. Moog is trash, mevotech can't be worse. Notany choices for us anymore
  9. I used carcover.com It's pretty thin and water gets through it. I ended up only using it for the car in the garage. Looking for a good outside one.
  10. Steering wheel controls do work. I don't remember exactly how i connected them, but they do. I think i used small female spade terminals
  11. 475 is an absolute steal. If it was going to be shipped I'd scoop it up, regardless of shape.
  12. It's actually the old site! Older than you remember.
  13. been a while, but i take mine out of the bracket and there is a spot to put on the wrench below each fitting closer to the filter body to hold it still (i don't have a factory filter though)
  14. More things to buy…. you’ll hear from me after the holidays Super interested in the vents/scoop for 83 hood.
  15. Put at terminals 2 and 3 and move the lever on the unit around

    http://mksmotorsport.com/ has the couplers available.
  17. could use brass fittings to make the bends if you can't find anything preformed. Brass is fuel-safe.
  18. For me about six months, but he had some major organ transplant surgery little before Canada post got them to him.
  19. I might have some left. probably need to replace bearings in them though
  20. Frank from strut wise.com recently repaired mine. $165 or so if I recall correctly. He’s certainly not fast, but struts work great.
  21. If the above doesn't work, there could be bad o-rings in the hydraulic cylinder. you can take the cylinder out and clean it up. but if that's the case, you may have brake fluid in the vacuum reservoir area.
