Yesterday a driver lost control of his vehicle and guess where it ended up at? Here are a few pics I took. I could use some advice when meeting with the insurance adjuster tomorrow from anyone who has dealt with this situation. Just gather all the receipts you can, get values of ones in your condition (cars.com/autotrader.com etc) and just tell them that your not agreeing to anything until your satisfied oh and like a member on here (staying nameless unless he speaks up) DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOUR HAPPY! From what I've read, if they are to total it out, you want to go to AutoTrader.com I think. They always have a handful of SQ's for sale for crazy $, giving you the upper hand when it comes to how much the car is worth. Get all your reciepts go to as many body shops as you can especially the dealer and get 10 quotes then figure out what the average is then demand that at least. Put in tow fees, vehicle detail fees to remove broken glass, and so on..Time off work, rental car you will need while cars are getting repaired and so on.. That said I would kill that mother F---er. Thats probably the worst thing that can happen to one of us.. Basically our cars aren't worth $hit on paper, only to us, and the pain and suffering we put into them. Its really hard to put a price on that. Best of luck man.
