Make the thread at least visible to members, even if they can't comment. People will just start their own threads about the public viewable mod thread and discuss it there. It will just lead to drama. Things have worked fine this way for this long. Some of these noobs that nominate their selves for a mod position have a high post count by posting up non helpful/hurtful chat and banter mostly. But id look at the over all time they have been members, how helpful and a non kiss tail they are lolAll you got to do is report someone and they get in trouble.We don't need a bunch of mods 2-3 is fine imo.
