C300 Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 HaHa Colin, red interior ! got 1-2 full red interiors in a trailer in Az. that i removed. threw out more(before i found these sites) ! they're horrible ! same color in my Monti-SS aerocoupe. almost turned it down cause of the interior color, but it was too good a deal ;-)the gumball rally car he drove was a black 82-83 digital dash car. guess it impressed him ! Tim_C. Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 The CBRII was never Jackie Chan's car. Mitsu gave him at least one car for all the sales they received after the movie. It was an '84 or '85 with glued on fender flares of the same common widebody style, not the rally ones. The CBRII movie really was the launch pad for the Japanese car craze that ensued. The car they gave him initially was not that car being sold here.He did do a movie later with a Starion in a garage up on a lift.
