My step-daughter hated me because of some of the stuff her mom said about me, around her. Nothing like trying to support and raise somebody that is trying to destroy you. I let her go, with her mom.

My wife has been giving my crap about my car since I got it. I got this one in particular about a year before we got hitched. When I graduated from college and moved to CT, I even left the car in NC. That did nothing to curve her mouth. After "13" years of that, said wife was removed from her position on the team. After the price tag, divorce is not so bad. New woman refuses to ride in the car. It's too fast, she says. However, she said as long as I keep the bills paid, who cares what I do to and with my car. She's a keeper!

I'll look into it. When I built my car, I was not a fan of MS. But I'll take a look at it again. I did figure out the Haltech Platinum Sport 1000 is the updated equivalent to my E6K.

I did MPI on my car over 10 years ago. I'm currently running a Haltech E6K. I have to use an old IBM notebook, that I think is gonna die any day now. There is no way of using an Window 7 or newer laptop to tune my E6K. I'm debating on getting a new EMS or getting rid of the car. I've been out of the loop for a few years now. What are the updated EMS system out now?

Just FYI for whomever may run into this problem. The issue was with the ground. I think I lost some of the ground, when I moved the battery to the trunk. I got a ground wire kit, and installed it. Problem gone, starter works perfectly.
