Burton
Heat that up to about 200* and pressure test it (succesfuly) to 30 PSI and you will have my respect Even then, I lose respect for someone who would put something that hideous on their car, even if it gave him 300HP LOL. I've seen JB weld do some amazing stuff, but this is amazing for a completely different reason, and not a good one. Also he should roll his fenders with a baseball bat but roll on side more then the other for that home done look.

mstieg
oh lordy. Hey, if it works for him, and he's happy with it, rock on. This is some serious inginuity! Funny thing is, he coulda sold each of them on ebay for $80 or more each and bought a nice 4" IC that flows as much! Mine only cost $180 and works/looks great and I trust it more than JB Weld -prob. weighs several pounds less too, haha. Reminds me of the radiator shop I took a spare IC to in hopes of having the 2 1/4 hardpipe ends put on in place of the stock tubes. I asked if he could hone em out and weld in the new ones, only to have him take like 5 days, tell me his welder couldn't do aluminum and then try to charge me $200 for labor since he...get this..."honed" it out with a hand-held file and attached the endpipes with modeling epoxy!! I told him good luck with ever selling that thing! idiot shoulda called me at first sign of problems like I told him & I lost out on my spare IC.
