  2. I give your phone 3 months before it gets as slow as your old winmo phone used to be.
  3. I think his next modification should be dual ricer fart cans (because one just isn't enough for some ricers) and drop the car down so low it gets high centered on speed bumps at the grocery store. Also he should roll his fenders with a baseball bat but roll on side more then the other for that home done look.
  4. you've got my vote. **EDIT**!! I also find it funny ~7 hours after making this thread the OP created this thread HERE taking a private conversation and posting it on a public forum to ridicule and humiliate another member.
  5. I've also seen several people banned for seemingly no reason. hell I was even banned because they thought I was someone else. If the noobies don't get banned because the admins think they are someone that got banned several years ago. then when they try to ask questions they either get fed misinformation or ridiculed. I agree, this needs to change.
  6. too late, they got wet with coolant, that's why the alternator went out.
  7. The problem with the magna intake is it was never designed to make big power, it was setup for a 100ish hp na motor and the long runners gave the car torque. The issue with that is when you have a turbo on that motor you end up with a metric ton of torque (transmission killing torque) and almost no horsepower. The way to build a high horse power turbo motor is to try and make as much power N/A as you can and then pull as much cam overlap as you can out and drop the compression and add a turbo. Now if you start with a nice high flowing short runner intake setup to make horsepower rather then low end torque and a cam with a lot of lift and duration you can start making close to or upward of 200hp N/A and for every bar of boost you add to the motor you double the horsepower. Right now I know someone who built a custom intake and just with that intake on the stock head and turbo it making close to 200rwhp at 10psi. also I think your t5 trans adapter is an awesome idea, if you build it they will come.
  8. so patra, where did you read that in 2012 they are putting cameras in smog machines? (ie cite your sources)
  9. that car is an 88/89 not an 87 it would be good for a t56 swap
  10. i want to see pix of the t3 manifold
  11. I guess Indiana has never seen an 83-87 shifter.
  12. That's why I run two cats on my starion, it burns cleaner then a lot of newer cars.
  13. you also forgot about timing that isn't set right.
  14. IIRC the guy was running a 100+ shot on the stock motor with no issues and I think the only mods he did was upgrade the fuel pump and back the timing off.
  15. 207 in a 900 rwhp MK4 supra on the freeway racing a decked out r32. we did pass a highway patrol at over 200 but we were traveling so fast he couldn't catch us or read the plates.
  16. I do remember a thread a few years back which has some really good setup tips, but for some reason half of the posts got deleted.
  17. Stock rods are good till about 650-750 rwhp if they are prepped right with ARP hardware. The crank will hold 100hp if you put good main studs in it. You are going to need to either mod your stock oil pump or go dry sump because at those kind of forces your dancing on a very thin film of oil. Your main limiting factor on these cars in the head, you're going to need a highly modded magna head to get the flow and squish area that you want for big power.
  18. lets just hope the wife doesn't browse SQC
  19. well at least he didn't give you the "talk" while standing in the kitchen chopping up a kielbasa with a large meat cleaver
