Guys I've been playing with the idea of modifying the stock air can to get its air from a scoop in the passenger fender just above the wheel well. There is already a opening for the stock air supply in the engine bay. It would need to be enlarged for maybe a 3 or 4 inch inlet which would have to be fabricated to match up with the air can and the inside face of the fender, then possibly a louvered scoop could be made for the fender, like you see on some of the BMW’s.
