Guest
Anyone seen these? It's a new design on internal combustion. It will be interesting to see where this goes in the next 10 years.

patra_is_here
i just look at it and I think that there's loads and power going all over the place, except out to the driveline
TexasQuest
Sorta like Mazda's SkyActiv system. High compression 14:1 with lower emissions.

Shelby
looks very much like the new design of Freon compressors is a/c compressors units . oil and lubrication will be a big problem

Malykaii
Watching that video, I got to see all the suggested videos. There are so many experimental motors it's surprising. There's even a 5 stroke design. I don't think any of them will ever take off in market production. Only experimental engine in production I know of is the rotary design. And that too has seal issues. Not a lot of happy customers in my shop with them. People just don't understand that engine needs to rev high to prevent carbon deposits, and in turn shortening the engine lifespan to 50k miles. Hell I have enough truck drivers who don't even know how to start a diesel. People don't even understand how to operate turbo vehicles either.
