you sure it was vintage because I see alot of fiberglass? Car that old would be mainly metal/steel

 

Its a 70's Fiat 124. The flares are fiberglass, not original. I use the term vintage loosely, not that it was a factory racer, but in the SCCA road racing any racecar older than '78 (or some year) can be concidered vitage and run in the vintage class. Perhaps "classic" or "old" would be better term. ;) I dont know anything specific about the car, but I did here the driver was ok.

 

Anyways that was a very clean looking racecar.

That was a really nice looking spider, I have owned 6 of them and plan to have one again someday fun cars to drive with a little extra HP.....That just hurts to watch.... you know he had some major time and $$ tied up in what is now a useless pile of scrap :(
