Yeah, and that ^^^^ was a poorly constructed sentence. There are endless amounts of DANGEROUS tasks that are done daily. The idea is to know what your doing. So saying that, using a torch would be a dangerous task for you. Since you are lacking the know how. It's an oxidizer. In other words, a more potent form of air held under pressure. Heating the tank like that is only dangerous if the tank has been overfilled. There's liquid NO2 inside. It expands with heat. An overfilled tank will have no room for the liquid to expand. When that happens the tank ruptures from overpressure.
