scott87star
OK, who's up for a real swap? http://www.lextreme.com/V12.html Helping a guy tune his latest creation, a V12 Toyota powered 928 Porsche with a corvette drive train. He's not even done with it yet and ordered another motor for a Lexus SC300 project with again a vette transaxle. If you guys can fit a JZ into the Quest and Cal308 tells me you can easily swap in a V8 then this ought to fit just fine. His motor source is in Lynnwood, WA, Foreign Engines. Guest
I would prefer the VW V10 twin turbo diesel from the Touregs. A butt ton of torque!
GINASQ
^yeah the euro versions in the q7 can come with 800ft lbs of torque stock.
KT
I'm more interested in the Corvette drivetrain. I'm convinced the C5 torque tube can be shortened to fit the Quest. Better balance and completely updated drive line.
scott87star
Of course it can, I like your thinking.

CarlosFley
supra topsecret 1GZ-twinturbo (toyota century) - http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4v8o7_supra-topsecret-1gz-twinturbo-toyot_auto Doods this is just soo good. I wish you the best in the swap and surprisingly enough they go for not a huge price tag like I was expecting. Def cheaper than a crate motor from good ol' Ford lol. scott87star
Awsome. Does that motor bolt up to any manual trans? They made an adapter plate to Corvette C5 driveline so it's a six speed. I've got so many hours into this tune they are promising me an adapter plate from G54b to Corvette driveline.
