Polaris, I still got them, just need to finish them. Like all of my projects. Lol thanks for the offers, I do have a vinyl cutter at work so I could cut out whatever, I was just asking if someone had extras laying around. Also Phil, what spring rates are you running in the rear? I'm going to see if I can get a softer set for drag racing from d2. My car is setup to spin, both 1st and 2nd are kinda worthless...lol. Hopefully going to get work done today, paint and bumper fab. Edited by Convette

Thanks guys. I will def have video if its allowed, cant see why not. Been working on this as much as possible this week, a few hours a night. Got it almost done, still need some more tabs and maybe another cross bar. Right now I'm at 15lbs which kinda was my target, the last one was the same, and I dont want to add any weight. http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w239/johnboy9788/20130221_184714_zps7f38c29c.jpg

Damn celebrity! All that work is paying off big time man, you have the most well known Satrion out right now. Congrats dude, I hope you do well.

So you planning on an LS cam upgrade for some easy power? You can pick up a good amount with springs and a cam, and a good tune. A set of D2's would allow the adjustability to adapt the car to the different tests, I bet you could get sponsored for a set man, it's worth a try.

Whatever happens, you're going to be getting a ton of coverage that's for sure.

That's man. Lol. I'm looking into a cam, def getting a tune after I finish the exhaust work. I did get a partial sponsorship from D2, they built me a custom set of race coilovers. Should be fine on the track, but might be a little stiff for drag. Lots of work to do still, should have the bumper done and powder coated tonight.

Nice, I've always liked reading the USCC's. Watch out for water trucks!!

A well balanced car is the pinnacle of fun and enjoyment as opposed to a drag specific car, and that's what makes the USCC one of the coolest tests out there.

Good luck and make sure you put a good hurtin' on lesser machines.

Sure wish i could just "order" parts and bolt them on. Whole different ball game with this car. Trying to get my aero work done aswell.. ugh so much to do, so little time.

any chance you would build another one of those tubular bumper ;)

I'd be interested in just a dimensioned drawing or even pictures from multiple angles.

I bet you saved 20+ lbs there, between the bumper support structure and foam crap.

I doubt I will build them, but I can give all the pics anyone needs. My car is a little out of wack so it prolly only works well on my car. However, I'm not sure on the weight of a stock bumper because mine was super cut up from rust and a big front mount. This weighs roughly 15lbs its DOM 1.5". Its nice cause my bumper no longer sags at the ends.. I always hated that. I still use the foam though, that doesnt really weight anything.
