Technology
Got to take it out tonight for a 20 minute drive each way out to my coworker's house. I had to ease into it so as not to spin the tires, but it feels pretty darn good when it gets the cold air. I wish there were other fast cars out, but it's all commuter cars. None would hold a candle, sadly.
JohnnyWadd
I noticed that too, especialy on my nissan s-12 back when i has it. Cold days it always felt stronger. Was it the cold air or was it the f/i working better with the air temp sensor reading the cold air?

Technology
Does that mean the same as getting my jollies? If so, then yes. That and lifting ultra heavy things.
TexasQuest
It's funny, some colder nights my car runs amazing but on others it runs like dog poo.
Metric-man
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2273.html Average temperature in Japan is rarely above 80F
Technology
Pretty broad statement. I would say that the average temp in America is less than 80 degrees as well. Considering America includes all of Alaska, etc.
Burton
Yeah, that's the only part of the "cold" Michigan I miss. My car ran in the hig 13s in the cool MI weather, but down here in TX, I've only run it in the heat of summer, and can't break out of the 14's. Technology
I would run a crappy 1/4 mile time no matter what because it just wheel hops and spins down low. My mph would be high though.
