k, I might be doing an 1j swap, I have an excellent deal on an engine, harness and transmission that I cant pass by.

unfortunately most image host sites are blocked here at work so looking through this thread is not easy...

Good, but me being at work and not really able to browse all 18 pages freely, just some quick questions:

What did you do to mod the drive shaft and speedo? Also will 2j mounts work on the 1j block? any additional moding to the trans tunnel or firewall, how well does the shifter align with the stock bezels?

We can't answer those questions better than they already have been in this thread already and the other jz threads. You gotta take the time to read man. 1jz and 2jz mounts are the same.

holy smokes. What's the plan now? Aem or megasquirt? Staying 5 speed? Going to be ridiculous

Staying r154, Just running an SAFC2, First goal is just to get it running....lol. It will be my winter project as I'm going to paint the car and do some work. I don't want to just slap it in there right now.
