Dimensions wise...I'm getting a radiator for a 240 with sr20...Its cheaper and should be perfect...Its almost the exact same size as the mkIII supra... All of the MK3 supra radiators will JUST fit between the frame rails...so they are pefect. I hope to get the mounts finally finished today so I can start worrying about more important things. Maybe my grandpa will come over and tell me how retarded I am and help a little Everyone (except sqc) thinks I'm retarded for doing this...even the wifey...They don't understand... BOHO Posted March 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 Well...I had to cut some more out of the trans tunnel...Word of advice...Wear long sleeves when doing this...Especially if there is undercoating that will get hot then drip on your arm...then you jump from the pain and hit your head on the frame rail and call baby jesus bad names....ugh... I think I finally got the motor mounts right....I messed up the trans mount...I basically followed serpents...but...his pictures were from the w58...woops...So I've got to redesign a little bit...but it doesn't seem too bad. I finished the fuel system...alternator wiring into the factory starion harness, switched power is complete for coils..and starter wires are on the starion harness also...I'm hoping that by tomorow this thing will be bolted in...and the easy stuff will start coming together....I may even try to start it tomorrow...it won't have radiator or intercooler stuff but...it might actually happen... :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BOHO Posted March 15, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 15, 2011 Grant...No...Its probably a few degrees more than I was going for...I took the mounts apart again...Going to try to raise the motor up 3/4 of an inch and take some of the angle out....this is hopefully the last time. I've also burned up 3 drill bits...If I had a press I could do a better job...but...anyways...I hope to have this thing ready to run within a few days....I'm pretty stoked.
