what's the best place to get these, napa or dealer or?

Velodyne subs?..........Justpaus?       I know they're home subs but I won a raw driver on fleabay for a steal and was wondering if anyone was familiar with them?     There are no specs or anything with it.......from the pics, it appears to be DVC, I would guess it's dual 8ohm coils, but not sure.
