indy_85stariones
Not only is that a 1984 Starion... But it is a Starion ES!!!!! The Starion ES are the only Starion narrowbodies with LSD and Anti-lock brakes. Also, note that all Starion ES have 5-speed transmission.

FlattopMike
What is the knob behind the shifter? Will those wheels/tires fit a flatty? It is possible that it could be an 83. They switched to the 84 style set-up in June of 83 but still called them 83s.

SFBMX88
That Starion was on Craigslist for months! I think that guy bought it and is now trying to resell it. It used to be up with different pictures for $450 and the guy couldnt figure out why it didnt run properly. The new CL post is basically the same deal, only $200 more. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/1362593680.html I wish I had the time and space for it! Ive got extra everything for it if it needed!
