I don't know how to make eBay links work. Just go to eBay (not eBay motors) and search "starion" then view by newly listed. It should be about half way down the first page, as of 30 seconds ago.

is it just how it looks in the picture or did you put the big ones on the front and the small ones on the back?

NO.... 9 INCH IN THE REAR 7 IN THE FRONT

Not big or clear pics, but another here. Perfect match imo

he runs 195/40-16 on the 16x7 fronts, and get this.... 245/35-16 on 16x9 rears

Dunno about "rediculous Starquest Wheel use" tho. Wrong thread maybe - lol

Ultimate starquest wheel should be bigger than 16s

The 16x7 & 16x8(rears) look better on my corolla wagon than on any starquest to me. They fit like a glove and seem like the optimum size when fitted with low rubber. My rolla looks almost exactly like this one too;

An even more "rediculous Starquest Engine use" is when they plug the 2.6 into numerous little corollas about. Again better suited than the oe rolla motor or the 2.6 in a SQ. Fits like factory.... how toyota should've built 'em.

I believe that white wagon sold for 5 grand... and that's with its oe 1.8, not even a 2.6 swap! Imagine that. Thanks to the starquest wheels, no doubt

What years are those corolla wagons? They are hot!

to i.d. corolla year of that series wagon.....

1980 wagon has the dual round headlights

81 changed to a square headlight & grille with horizontal fins

82,83 similar but triangular shaped front corner marker

83 switched to rack steering and the SOHC 1.6L 4AC = AE72

80-82 came with 1.8L 3TC pushrod and steering box like the starquest = TE72

After the "important" items are sorted, I plan to replace the steering box in my

rolla wagon with a starquest one. Worked out the pivots & ratios... steering should

be alot quicker

I believe I just found the craziest of all just now on accident.............

I belive you are right.

LOL. Looks like someones first attempt at a full restoration.

http://i456.photobucket.com/albums/qq285/KingDaddy-Number1/DSCF0020-1.jpg

Step one: smear some bondo on a rusty fender.

Step two: spray some primer on the good parts so it looks like some progress was made.

Step three: realize that restorations are friggen hard, and you dont know what your doing.

Step four: sell it on ebay.

Step five: bore your friends to death with storys of how awesome it "would have been", and all the custom stuff you were "going to do", if you only had the "time" to finish it.
