travs87tsi Posted November 13, 2008 Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 (edited) the toothed wheel on his pulley is held on by several screws. when trying to get the wheel in correct orientation with the sensor it was too far out to be adjusted. i tried rotating the wheel but when lining up the screws to mount the wheel it is too far in either direction to have enough adjustment using that bracket to get it to line up. just by chance the way his wheel lines up is almost the same as the one i had welded on on my car so my bracket would have worked ok but i was using the prototype pulley and the trigger wheel was not magnetic. he sent me a new trigger wheel about a week ago but i have not had a chance to put the pulley back on yet. it looks like it is going to be raining all weekend but if i get a break in the weather i will try and put it back on this weekend so i can test it out with my bracket. if all works out then i will send you a cad drawing of the bracket the beginning of next week.
