The motor is a 2.3L stroker from FFWD Connection.

I am running a commetic multi layer head gasket with arp head studs this year.

The cams are King Kams, again from FFWD with Fidanza Limited Edition cam gears.

I have a 2g head with 1mm over stainless valves and crower springs and retainers.

In these pictures you will see the 4g63 nestled into the engine bay with a stock 4g63 water pump that has the conquest pipe welded onto it.

It has been paired with a ball bearing T67 (aka GT3788R) in the T4 footprint with ceramic coating and water cooling.

The center cartridge is clocked 20° for optimal cooling.

It is fed from the oil filter housing and will have a oil pressure gauge after the restrictor and pre-turbo.

The fact that I can blow into the exhaust housing and spin the turbo makes me all warm and fuzy inside.

now, what we gots here is a twin 58mm t-body, and i hacked the end off the water to air ic to make a 4" outlet on it coupled to the t-body elbow, and a 2.5" ic pipe off the turbo, and I'm using ~02 dodge neon plug wires.

I had to put a brace on the t-body elbow cause it kept blowing off at 30psi. now it holds over 60psi. not enough lip on the throttle body itself.

sorry, my new phone makes the paint look like a bass boat...

The filter in the back was going to be crank case evac, but I need to revisit that because it doesnt seem to be pulling any vacuum.. but it hasnt seen high rpm yet. (over 4k)

You can see my turbos water feed and return.

I'm running full sequential msIII on a v3.0 board.

The tach output works, but it seems choppy.. it could be the 35 dollar tach I'm using.

It appears I am running about 100psi oil pressure as well, on my 3rd oil change with 10w30 at 195* coolant temp.

I think that is fairly high pressure for idle.. then again it could be the 35 dollar gauge.

according to my engine/cams/head/turbo specs, on the dektop dyno, over 600hp at the wheels on 30psi, at 8000rpm.

no idea on 1/4 cause its a fat biznatch.

I'll post results as I make them.

I just got my idle stuff working decent on ms3/x and pulled it out of the garage and backed in so I can work on the pc mount and dash stuff easier.

so as of today, it runs, and drives. ! . woooohoo

I had what felt like a rev limiter at 5200 rpm.

after checking into it, it was a hardware problem. I hadn't adjusted the potentiometer enough on the ms3x board.

now, the rev limiter is whatever I set it at.

^_^

next is replace my busted windshield while finishing my pc mount.

your high oil pressure is from not running balance shafts. you can port out the pressure regulator in the oil filter housing to lower it. there is a write up on dsm tuners or dsm talk about it.you can leave it too if you have no issues but ive seen cars push out seals in the front cover and b low oil seals in the turbo too. also jay racing sell the front exit coolant housing.

car is very cool btw.
