leesfer
Like that title states I've searched and searched but haven't found anything about using DSM injectors For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/130652872932?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1193

jonboyb
PureInsanity is using a set of 550's out of my old 4G63 Laser (stock rail) before I went to 850's and aftermarket rail so I say yes. I don't know if he had to search out new o-rings or not but I know for a fact he was using/is still using my old injectors.
dmyers151
DSM fuel rail bushings/spacers work also.

NotStock88
i used a set of delphi's on a magna fuel rail - I used the standard delphi o-ring which is slightly larger in diameter than the DSM o-ring and it worked great Edited February 27, 2012 by NotStock88
Technology
I thought DSM injectors were shorter than "domestic" injectors which I thought were what Magna intake manifolds used. Have I been wrong for like 5 years?
pure_insanity
PureInsanity is using a set of 550's out of my old 4G63 Laser (stock rail) before I went to 850's and aftermarket rail so I say yes. DieHARDmitsu.
The Magna fuel rail is best suited for domestic size injectors. DSM injectors are skinnier on the O ring and seat.If you're getting them new, you're better off buying the domestic size. http://i558.photobucket.com/albums/ss25/squaddy11/Delphidomectic.jpgDomestic, larger O ring http://i558.photobucket.com/albums/ss25/squaddy11/dsminj.jpgDSM, smaller O ring injectors. Technology
Ah, then that would explain the difficulty getting them into the EIP rail. That was tough! DSM injectors it is!
Chad
Magna = 14 mm O-ring AKA common domestic injectors DSM = 11 mm O-ring AKA common import. If there are DSM's that use the 14 mm Oring, than they too will work, but I thought all DSM's were the 11's. Stock TBI's are 11mm for example. stariondreams
I would not do myself but i have seen the bigger o rings used on smaller o ringed injectors and run for sometime with no failure now I am not saying it is right but maybe no so wrong either! DieHARDmitsu.
Keep in mind that its the little o-ring that keeps fuel from squirting out. Pressure at the o-rings exceed 50psi under full boost. I don't like experimenting with things as such.A little squirt on the hot side and its BBQ time. Sorry not trying to jack here but Chad will DSM injectors fit inside the TBI setup? I have FIP setup on my car and want to run E 85 so I need bigger injectors. Thanks everyone. Chad
I'm not sure on the lenght fitting, may need shims. The O-ring and base are the same.
