Been pretty busy with work and life so I haven't posted too much here or touched my car. Im in the middle of looking for a bigger house as we have another baby on the way etc. With that my cars are on the back burned until I get settled. Anyway I thought I would share the latest twin scroll manifold to soon be on another StarQuest. Just need to port this and it will be on its way.

Enjoy :)

What kind of gains would you expect to see with a tubular manifold versus a treadstone or modified stocker? And what kind of price tag?

You can pick up 20-50whp. Below is a 3rd party dyno from one of our VW customers

So we decided to go back to the dyno this past weekend since we got the JDL manifold/dp combo in. I could already tell a difference up top and it took a week or so of working with Kblack to get the fueling added in the file, the first good sign http://www.vwvortex.com/Anthony/Smilies/thumbup.gif

I will add that when I looked back at the logs from my first dyno from above I was actually seeing 18psi up top instead of the 16 it was set for. So we duplicated those settings to make sure it was fair.

I'll let the numbers talk, no change in boost or timing, still on good ol 93, no meth yet

Blue is ATP log manifold heavily ported

Green is JDL tubular manifold

Something like this would have been my next upgrade if I had kept the car. I bet it would have picked up at least 50. I was seeing extremely diminishing returns for every pound of boost above 30. We stopped at 34 because it only made 30 more hp than it did at 30 psi.

That looks like an octopus LOL. Top quality product for a reasonable price. Not many places offer custom designed and hand made headers for less than 1000.00

Thanks man
