Two fans stopped working and im not sure why. Did they just both break or is it a grounding issue?

The hood and the front finders and all the lights have been put back on the car. The interior is out of the car it is not hard to put back in the car. I did my front wheel bearings yesterday and I started backing out today to take her for a test drive and as I'm backing up a big like bump came from the rear end like I was sitting on a block of wood and the car dropped off I know my axles need to be repacked with grease but I just want to know if that's the only thing or something more
