So, I pulled the mechanism out to clean and re-lube the pivot points , and I’m confused. The entire pivot point of the wiper stub is riding on what exactly?  there was a thin rubber “ washer” under the cowl, and a rubber coated steel washer on top held tight by the large nut.    Is this it?
