will a 89 auto ecu work in a 87 5 speed starion?? what else besides switchin the ecu and injectors has to be done to make this swap work???

I was wondering what sensors (part numbers) you guys with the Magna intakes and Megasquirt were using. My Magna is arriving this coming Tuesday and I want to start shopping for sensors. I was told the GM ones are good. Let me know what you are using and how you like it.
