1983 Mitsubishi Starion Still trying to work through various electrical gremlins and can't seem to get spark. Air, fuel, and compression is all good. Just replaced the ignition coil and still nothing. Fusible links for Ignition Switch and ECI are good. Pickup coil has good resistance. Hoping it's just the distributor cap and rotor, but I need confirmation. How can I test the ESC Igniter (ignition control module) before I buy a new one? Is there anything else it could be?

The passenger side is working intermittently, driver side is normal. where should I start? Any help would be appriciated.   Thanks  

Selling my BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED, painted airdam in its factory box. So the person I bought it from told me that he ordered it himself from Bell Mitsubishi dealership back in 1999 (see bottom right of sticker on the box for order date). By the time the dam was delivered to the dealership he no longer had the car, so he put it up in the attic with hopes of getting another starquest some time.
