Does anyone have any production numbers on these things?

I was just wondering how rare our cars are... and why doesn't the market seem to be stronger than what it is?

How many 89 shps are left?? what would be the rarest of them all?

rarest cars are the 89 Starions - only 159 were made. Then you break it down by color and model.

Technically speaking, the rarest isn't by year per say, but by color, which I believe is Seychelles Red, Baltic Blue, and R64? colored cars. Colors so rare the color wasn't an option to select.

Thats for starions correct? Does anyone have a number on the conquests??

I agree that color would make the rarity... be nice to see one of every color!

there is a member on here that has a prototype widebody with rear wheel steering. only one still in existence i believe. I think next would be the 85.5 starion esi.

i have only seen a hand full of 84 ES models on here,

If our cars are so rare why I tend to think they would have a stronger market...

perhaps people just don't have the knowledge of what they are.. or have ever even seen one!

Liking that Figi Shp!!

Is the maroon a very rare color?

you're confusing "rare" with "sought after". Being rare does not mean being highly desired or being in high demand. The demand for late 80s import muscle isn't exactly strong on any front. I'd say we're holding our own.

first it was the 60s, now 70s...and once all the 70s cars are to where no one can afford them, the 80s cars will start. Especially ours being they're rear wheel drive...which is pretty rare in the 80s car world
