  10. scotty you know cj's living in your woods stalking you
  11. na shelby there was alot of noise's usually a ic pipe blowing off lol
  12. i drove mine for 1 year hard stock then for 3 years very hard with a 18g seeing 20psi afew times a day. there was also alot of trips to the drag strip in those 3 years to. i figured after that much abuse i should start taking it easy on the old girl over 200k. the 1st week i started taking it easy she starts knocking. go figure.
  13. if it's a early the oil pump and a web in the timing cover are different. if it's a early block like dad said keep the oil pumps a lot cheaper.
  14. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b128/klinkzor/carside.jpg
  15. i use 3 hole bolts from a valvo 9000 trans cooler in my turbo worked fine http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b128/klinkzor/cooking%20bolts/000_0140.jpg valvo on left stock on right. if you use that bolt there's 1 extra hole and the holes are larger
  16. 83 injectors are hard wired they rarely go bad it normally the exposed wires that crack and cause the injectors to go bad. good luck finding another set if thats the problem.
  17. from all the 83's i've seen they must of had 3 options for interior colors grey, black and red and that's the only colors i've seen so far.
  18. the dri-slid works in cold weather it's more of a grease and not a oil i prefer it for hadguns since you dont get as much splatter.
  19. i choose the mossberg because it passed military field trails and was adopted by the military unlike the more popular remington 870 which failed and just costs way to much. but my main reasons for the mossberg was passed military field tests so i'm never going to to abuse it like them it's light so it's easier to carry in the woods the safety is on top so when you shoulder the gun you can tell if its on safe or not real easy the slid release is easy to get to and you dont need to shift your hand to get to it if you dont have extremely long fingers it holds a extra round in the tube compared to the 870 the barrel screw also stays in place better then the 870's now i have shot the 500 and 870 alot probably close to 1000 rounds with each. i've watched a 870 launch a barrel because the barrel screw worked it's way loose . i've also watched them blow barrel plugs out the end and completely ruin a barrel. both are good guns but i've seen both in action after alot rounds and the 870 just didn't hold up.
