Guest
I know a lot of people like to slam their cars to the ground, specially in the city. Some cars make sense to slam. But their are others that make no sense, like Subarus and Evos. The StarQuest looks good slammed. Personally I like to be able to drive mine almost any where. So going low is no longer what I want. Went for a drive today, some canyon carving roads and at the bottom I came across this road. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/kk226/80sriceman/Mobile%20Uploads/20150906_120407.jpg So I asked myself; Can I make it up there?I got up about so high, started losing traction as the road got real steep. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/kk226/80sriceman/Mobile%20Uploads/20150906_120207.jpg Makes me want to get the right set up to do more off road driving. Anyone else take theirs off road?
Skullzaflare
this would be more interesting with a 4d56 swap, and some meaty tires lol

mbruneaux
Hey, you asked! Block your springs and put meaty tires on it. I wouldn't know the first thing about it.

clow340
My dad had 2 of those, he claims they would squak the tires if you dumped the clutch
Guest
My Dad had a wagon one of those as well. In all my years on this site, I have not seen much interest in wanting to rally drive the StarQuest. And its kind of odd because the SQ plays quite a role in rally race history. I know there is a guy named Neil Philpotts who put together a rally themed SQ in recent years.
Speedy2222
If i can get my hands on a decent flatty it's going to be a rally car. We have a local series that runs and it would be perfect
ucw458
I would but I don't want to mess up all the work I did on the engine bay.
JohnnyWadd
@ louswheel Nice going . It would be easy to boost the off road. Just get some HTDD like on Knight Rider!!But actually you would do good with some snow tires and taller or narrower than stock. Like at least use a 205/55/
