yeah, the structure is done, it is functional and correct, and I got the locaters installed so it can be machined.

I am working on wall thickness for strength but I am working to keep the weight under 13 lbs

I got behind with all the builds I been doing, the machines I am using are tied up in the daily work

I gotta work and work and work at the welding part of the build because once I start adding filler, I cant go back and weld anymore

after its tested for centers, hieght and fit, then the filler gets added to flow it out and give it its final shape

The guys at the casting house are pouring ONE housing this week and I will test machine that and see what adjustments are required, then they will build the investment casting from the finished pattern, and it should be in a position to do repeated casting after that ( short answer is couple weeks)
