I dynoed a crap tuned car years ago 12psi and it made 271hp and never got better then a 13.1 sec 1/4mile. Same boost with it tuned up right I was able to get 12.7sec. When the video 0.85kg/cm2 317HP boost So I had to change the title! ! Had said that it was recorded at the time of 352HP boost 1.2kg/cm2. Because there is no more money, to operate at reduced a boost for a while. I bet your clutch was slipping a good deal at 1.2kg/cm2 you should have made close to 400hp. What are your Intake temperatures? I have a feeling your going to find out that the turbo is a bit to small and might start to blow hot air. I would love to see the dyno sheet. What rpms are you going to? Turbine's a smallish up torque at low rotation is the purpose. O~tsu! !
