I have all of the paperwork for it even down to the original build sheet and bill of sale, the car is an original Van Nuys plant 70.5 Z28 (8k rpm tach) ordered from the factory with a turbo 400 and 4:11 gears.

This is my next project after my Starion.

1965 Rambler Classic 660. It will be getting a Toyota UZ series engine with a manual trans(not sure which one yet), IRS, modern front suspension, cage and frame reinforcement, etc... Its going to be my sleeper since no one would expect a 4 door Rambler to be fast. The picture is not mine but my car is identical.

So what do you do with a truck with a blown motor. You swap it. L33 engine, LS2 management, and T56.

Nice ZR1. I remember those when I was a little kid back in the day. Super high-tech car for the day!

thanks! A lot of corvette firsts in this car, amazing to drive! Although its funny to see some reactions to it, many people today don't realize they made a c4 zr1 and I've been accused of slapping a zr1 badge on a standard vette more than once!

That's got the LT-5 right?

yep, lt5, an animal in its day, not too crazy by todays standards but still keeps up with most.

'68 390GT Fastback 4 speed toploader purchased in 1978 and photo about 1980. Has interior exterior GT convenience/courtesy package - consoles floor and roof, no A/C. My buddy owned it during his senior year in HS and we just plain flogged the dog doo out of it until he blew it and I grabbed it. My daughter (the little one) is 37 now :o

More as she sits now. I got hooked on this little turbo car in the midst of it all...

My mustang...pretty much identical to Edde's except color(s) and mine is only a standard interior. Wish I had the time to be working on this thing.

I wondered what you'd done with that. Thought maybe I'd be shamed :)

I've done nothing to it...besides putting a new set of front tires on that actually hold air. The interior is currently holding starquest parts, the roof has my restored CQ front bumper, grill, hood shield, and headliner in it, and the hood has basically been used as a catchall. So it is basically an expensive workbench, lol.
