ucw458
Looks like the real thing. If it is I'm buying one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360333571130&ssPageName=ADME:B:WNAFP:US:1123#ht_4562wt_1185
chiplee
The word "Bosch" only appears once in the listing and it's under the list of part numbers that this item replaces. I would say it's not a Bosch pump.
ucw458
This one has the red and blue electrical terminals, the casing "hump" in the right place and it looks like it has a threaded fitting for the inlet. All signs of an 044. Also says o44 in the title and has the correct bosch part # in the title. Edited January 8, 2012 by ucw458

All signs of an 044. Also says o44 in the title and has the correct bosch part # in the title. But that number can be there for "reference" so that people looking to replace that part number find this pump. I can't know but my feeling on it is that it's a cheap knock off. Obviously you can give it a try, but my guess is it will "work", but it won't last. When the normal price on something is $175 to $230 and you find it for $110, you kind of already know what you're dealing with don't you? This is a real bosch pump from a reliable seller. http://www.amazon.co...ASIN=B003WL73OK Edited January 8, 2012 by chiplee

Turborusty
I'd be willing to bet that the photo is not even the actual product but rather sinply a "stock photo". Nothing about that auction would lead me to believe it's a genuine Bosch pump. I'm with Chip on this.....I'd steer clear. On a side note, I bought a Walbro from A.P.E. when I changed mine. It was everything I needed and worked flawlessly. Turborusty

Komeuppance
No, it's not a real Bosch pump. It doesn't say it in the title and it doesn't say it is in the listing. Sellers make listings like that to fool those who aren't aware. Here's some of their feedback: the fuel pump is not WALBRO not have printed in the fuel pump body Member id hrcarmaintenance ( Feedback Score Of 270http://q.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/icon/iconTealStar_25x25.gif) Jan-02-12 18:35 FUEL PUMP 255LPH WALBRO GSS340 ALTERNATIVE IN-TANK NEW (#160597229081) Out of their last 1,000 sales less than 10 have been fuel pumps.
