Post your tow rigs!

I just recently picked up a real gem off of CraigsList... 1985 Chevy half ton with an extended cab conversion performed by Custom Vehicles International. The truck has a GM Performance 350 HO engine with 6,000 miles on it and the truck itself has 88,000 miles. To say it drives nice is a complete understatement. Definitely a case of love at first sight as this is the first vehicle I've bought that I knew I wanted to own, 100%. :)

Regardless, so I'm not the only one showing off toys, post up your tow rigs! Let's see what everyone has!

It tows ok, but should get better once the 3.73's are finally gone. 35s and stock gears do not go together.

This was a fun tow through Cajon pass.

don't have any pics of the green truck pulling the quest, but it's done the job more times than the black truck has.

Waiting for louiswheel to respond,...............

All the pics I had of my rig towing exotic cars like Fast and Furious Skyline, Ferraris, De Tomaso Panteras, Formula Drift race cars and others are all gone thanks to my Windows Vista computer that gave me the blue screen of death.

I think you have the only pic of my rig hauling your SQ. Right?

'98 Ram 1500 QC. I sold it last year. It got a whopping 7 miles to the gallon, but could rip a house down, if needed. It had a 339 stroker, 4:88's in the rear and front with an Eaton air locker, hy-brid 5-speed, 2/3 lift, 33" Nittos, and in the last six months we owned it it sported a ProCharger centrifugal sc. I lost all the good pics because of me screwing up my computer, had to get these pics from here...now I'll have to have my wife find me more pics :)

Now I want a 24v Cummins Dodge B)

I'm happy with our '04 Avalanche 2500

It's got a 8.1L big block & 4.10 gears.

I think the tow capacity is something like 12,000#

I do wish it had a diesel though.

I wonder why they never put one in the Avalanches.
