Hi, I just purchased a 86 Starion with the Sirius Dash head 3x2. I know that the extra 4 valves kick in at around 2500-2600. I believe its a 12v solenoid that activated at that rpm and guessing it opens up a hydraulic system to get the extra set of valves working. Now mine makes a horrible rattling noise as soon as it hits 2500rpm. Almost sounds like rockers too loose or could be the solenoid opening and closing really quick? Either way, it's a really noticeable sound Does anyone have any i

Any tips?  Thinking of cleaning it some while I’m replacing the gasket. Thanks

Looking to buy a very nice 1988-1989 Starion or Conquest around the $10,000-$20,000 range. Preferences are 5 speed, black interior, and no sunroof, mostly stock to completely stock. Minimal rust and very clean inside and out. I will accept white cars with any color interior, as well as Durban or Fiji Conquests.
