excess drivetrain slack/play
By 87B71Brad,
Ok it seems like every quest Ive owned has ALOT of play from trans to tires. I change ujoints in driveshaft even though they feel tight and it didn't change anything. My 87 felt this way and so does my shp. Both cars axles boots were busted but no play in them yet. So whats causing this excess amount of play? Tourque Tube? I don't even know what it consist of really. Any help would be awesome. Everyone likes my car till I take off and it sounds like the whole thing is gonna fall apart.
Quarter patch
By phishfud,
Wound up with an extra patch for the driver's rear quarter. Inner bracing and such was removed, but outer skin is there along with some of the inner wheel well Clean and rust free, other than some surface stuff. $50 plus actual shipping. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y194/phishfud2/Conquestpatch1.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y194/phishfud2/Conquestpatch2.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y194/phishfud2/Conquestpatch3.jpg
