Been down on boost lately

So I have been down on boost about 3 psi, and it gets close to what it should be near redline, but I can't drive around like that. So what I did today was use a little boost leak tester I made, a small compressor and hooked it up to the I/C pipe coming off the turbo. I found that the BOV was leaking, I took it off and the rubber o-ring that it's supposed to have was halfway out. It doesn't leak without it though, so I took it out. I tested the TB for leaks, and the TPS lets a bit of air out, s
NO POWER TO AC BLOWER

I have an 87 Starion ESIR. I put a new blower. The Air Accondion Fuse was bad, I replace it and still no power. I checked fuse #5 & #12 both are good. Compressor works when I turn the ac switch on. I tried using a spare temperature speed resistor (The one inside the blower) and still does not work. I also tried using different AC control switch and still blower does not work. The only thing I have not able to test are the two relay behind the evaporator. I think you need to remove bo
