I've got an 87 tsi 90k miles very very clean no rust just a couple minor dings and scratches. it need the tps reset and needs new IC piping made because of boost leak. mint black leather. 5 speed. tires are good. runs and drives great(until i rebuilt the TB then the tps needed reset) new injectors 65/95. 3inch downpipe to 3 inch high flow cat. no muffler. new plugs wires. im bringing my car to my school shop soon and Im removing the condencer also Im doing the timming chain. i was thinking of replacing the gears and replaceing the balence components. What are all the parts i need? and Are there any brands i should stay away from?

So i've been looking for front shock inserts for my 84 but could only come up with widebody ones. I know that the housing are different between the two, but is the shock the same?   Dan
