Monday was a VERY happy day! (Nice to have one once in a while ) A friend of mine on here graciously gave me a set of louvers. I won't say who for confidentiality purposes. But, there is the issue of the louvers needing a bit of work.   They are in GREAT shape overall! They're not all bent up or rusted through or hacked up or anything. However, I only got one of the top brackets that holds it. So I know how to construct the other side. But what exactly does the lower mount look like and how does
