Ok, I have a 1988 Conquest TSI. About two days ago my car started loosing power. It will not boost over approx. 2-2.5 lbs of boost. I checked vacuum with starting fluid and it seemed to be fine. Any ideas?

So, I swapped in a stock cam, rocker arms and lifters to my silver 89, in place of the previous 294h and 1:6 roller rockers. I think this will be a good switch.   The car was running too rich, because I hadn't swapped over the stock MAF before we tried to time and start it. After much struggling we got it to run, but then ran out of time for the day. I have now swapped over the stock MAF, but we discovered that the plug wires that were on the car were unusual.
