My power windows are extremly slow, I plan on taking door panels off soon whats the best cure some lube? what kind? or do i need new motors.

I'm not sure if any of you out there have ever used the Caswell Kits but I bought one a few years back and whatever was in the metal can with popcorn peanuts rusted through and leaked out.
