By prototype78,
Hello, car had problem with idle before and i thought it would be the knock box so i bought 2 more they giving me same problem, after that clean the grounds , the isc sensor and the the connectors to coil . Car runs smooth now...steady idle but i noticed the back side of the black ignition box turns to be really hot...is this normal?!... I let it run for about 20 mins idle was good and eventhough the knock box was hot it didnt seen to affect in anything but i wonder why it gets like that
Do you think an adult should be sentenced to jail for doing drugs?
By patra_is_here,
I'm in favor of letting adults have the freedom to do or not do a drug if they so choose to. There is no specific damage caused to me by another adult's recreational usage, therefore, it shouldn't be criminalized. if you agree, explain your stance if you disagree, also explain your stance.
IC vs. Non-IC Turbo Exhaust Housing and Center Cartridge
By jonboyb,
In stock configuration do the IC and Non-IC 12a turbos have the same exhaust housings/center cartridge??? Only referring to the water-cooled non-IC turbos....I think in early models the non-IC turbos might have been oil-cooled only (if I remember correctly my first 83 was not water-cooled...could be wrong since that was 20 years ago....LOL).
Unibody frame straightening
By ColdScrip,
I have another car that was hit in the front right. Its was largely repaired rather well. My only complaint on that side is the ruffling of metal which eventually means it won't be as long as before. The problem I am facing is on the framerail that the core support sits on on the other side (driver front). It is currently making the bumper sit about 3/8" too high. What would be my best option here? I am thinking of taking it to a body shop. Seeing as how the frame rail is right in the front
