My problem is as follows:   When I switch to defrost, all air flows correctly and the vacuum actuator that is located near the accelerator pedal does its job. When I switch to feet, it actuates and diverts all the air to the feet. Here is where the problem starts When I switch it to face, from defrost, the same actuator moves the same distance, but the air flow is split 50/50 between feet and face. When set to feet only, and then switched to face, that actuator does not move at all, but air flow
