To answer the posters question, the section of the bov that attaches to the intake needs to be attached to a flange on the Upper intercooler pipe, or cold side of the intercooler(between the intercooler and throttle body) the vaccum line for the bov can be taken from any vaccum source on the intake manifold that contains both vaccum and positive manifold pressure.     As the intake manifold  becomes positively charged (boost) it pushes the diaphram of the bov valve closed holding the boost in
