Looking through the FSM, it seems like this frayed wire coming off of the positive battery terminal is referred to as the "main fusible link"?  Wondering why this happened to it, and if I can just replace it with a normal same gauge wire? Just bought the car a few days ago, and i noticed someone had put some tape on it.
