What Setting on Stedebani rear camber

Hey guys, I am in the process of installing my caster/camber set from Stedebani. Â My question is, with the following setup, is the +2.5 that is the factory default (and they mention seems to be a good starting point) a correct setting for this setup?

I want to bring them closer to correct, but I don't mind a little of negative camber for improved handling. Â Just don't want them like they are now. Â With out the plates, I leave tire tracks and you can see the
sleepy look headlights

does anyone know how alot of drift cars (ala 240's) have their lights pop up half way to give that sleepy look. is this possible? i think it would look cool on our cars.

shimming the hood

i made an attempt to shim my hood with longer bolts and washers, but it wasnt high enough. on the other hand, the hood wont close if it is up any higher. the hood is already pretty far away from the header panel now, so it might just be better to get a straight up cowl. whatcha think? apparently it was once a big fad in japan but how did they do it?
