Best springs for autocross?

I bought my quest about a year 1/2 ago. i want to change out the cut springs that were in the car when i bought it. I plan to race the car in autocross and in solo 1. I have Tokico shocks installed. I'm just wondering should i go with Ground Controls or maybe TEP drop springs? Any help that you guys can give me will be greatlly appreciated. I'm new to the starquest world. I have been messing with subies for a while.

I will be getting a silver '87 conquest in a few weeks. It is a probate deal with a very close friend. I've only seen the car once, and fell in instant lust. The car is in FANTASTIC SHAPE with only five thousand or so miles. Long story, but for me, I get a great ending. Don't worry about my buddy, he just got back home with a new ARC Viper. Hey guys, where did everyone mount the GM Temp sensor? Doesn't look like it will fit on the T-housing in place of the Mitsu sensor there.
upgraded oil coolers (pics)

I finally replaced the engine and power steering oil coolers.
the power steering cooler i used was originally an automatic transmission oil cooler form a mazda and the oil cooler i used was I believe from a ford thunderbird who i have Melayanton to thank for getting for me.
our powersteering like almost every other cars does not come with suffecient cooling and on the roadrace track will boil and spill over. I have been using synthetic powersteering fluid which helped a lot with the boiling
