I see alot of guys welding the 2 1/4 pieces at the end tanks so my question is, is the stock intercooler good up to 400 hp or atlease 350hp? Can 2 1/2 end tank pipes be welded to the stock intercooler or no?

ok, today i began the process of putting a 2jz supra engine into a 89 conquest. i'm sure i'll need as much constructive criticism as possible. i heard that someone has done this before? anybody know who that was? if so i'd like to get ahold of them. the goal is to fit the complete engine under the stock hood, with stock shifter location using a getrag 6speed. i'm gonna start by making a complete list of tough stuff (i.e. radiator mounting, intercooler mounting, engine mounts, tranny mounts

OK FELLAS! I was at a motorsports store this week trying to get some wideband O2, and 295 tires, and when I was in the warehouse searching through the tires, I happened to walk past a big mill of CF!!!!!
